Real-Time PCR Reagents for Vector-Borne Research

All of Bruker Molecular’s MGB Alert® RUO± reagents are provided:

  • As a 20X mixture of amplification reagents specific to each of the target pathogens, and to a synthetic sequence to serve as an internal control to monitor assay performance.
  • At a volume of 120 uL, and designed to be combined with a master mix containing the necessary components for PCR. 

Probes are labeled with FAM or an AquaPhluor® fluorophore, an MGB, and an Eclipse Dark Quencher to enable detection and distinction of each target in the multiplex.
